Therapeutic individual and group wellbeing coaching sessions are designed to the highest standards in evidence-based psychological approaches and tailored to your individual needs.

Our wellbeing toolkit includes Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) combined with Hypnotherapy, HypnoCBT® which is a transformative approach, in which research has shown CBT + hypnotherapy to be 70% more effective than CBT alone*. Cognitive Behavioural Therapy is widely considered to be the “gold standard” of psychotherapy and helps you to become aware of the unhelpful stories you may hold about yourself which may unknowingly be sabotaging your mental well-being and performance, with the addition of Cognitive Hypnotherapy, it is a powerful combination.

Together we build skills to challenge and change the way you interpret the world around you. Enhancing your awareness of how you think and feel, which in turn positively affects your behaviour.

All of our coaching and therapeutic sessions begin with a free 30-minute consultation, to discuss what you (or your team) are looking to achieve, explain the best approach for you and how we can work together. You can schedule a call or complete the contact form and we will get in touch to book a time to talk. 

Online or in person?

Sessions online are convenient and relaxed – in the comfort of your own home (or office) without the need to travel or take additional time out of your schedule. Online sessions are as effective as in-person, so you are not losing any of the benefits.  For those who are local, I do offer in-person sessions in my office in Tamworth, Staffordshire.

I also love the connection of in person events and provide workplace and group courses + workshops and always happy to travel to you.
