I’ve infused every aspect of Your Mind Works with years of knowledge and experience, along with science-backed mindfulness and cognitive-behavioural approaches that research shows really do work.

Working with my clients, I found that it was all too easy for resources and audio files to get lost in the digital ether or for paper notes to get misplaced, leading to the loss of valuable insights. What began as a digital companion for clients has evolved into an extensive resource of psychology education, guided audio practices and practical tools and resources for well-being and mental health.

All of our coaching and therapeutic sessions begin with a free 30-minute consultation, to discuss what you (or your team) are looking to achieve, explain the best approach for you and how we can work together. You can schedule a call or complete the contact form and we will get in touch to book a time to talk. 

Online or in person?

Sessions online are convenient and relaxed – in the comfort of your own home (or office) without the need to travel or take additional time out of your schedule. Online sessions are as effective as in-person, so you are not losing any of the benefits.  For those who are local, I do offer in-person sessions in my office in Tamworth, Staffordshire.

I also love the connection of in person events and provide workplace and group courses + workshops and always happy to travel to you.
