When I first met Karen Gibson, a Reiki and Holistic Health Practitioner based in Sutton Coldfield, West Midlands she was just starting her business, Serendipity Reiki and Holistic Health. New to business, she needed a brand identity and website to effectively represent her services and attract potential clients. As well as support to best market her business and use social media.
Karen needed a brand identity that would resonate with her target audience and communicate her values of holistic healing and well-being, as well as a website to reflect her unique personality and the essence of her practice.

Our first step is to really get to know our clients and understand their journey, the story behind their brand and gain an in-depth understanding of their personality and values. We discussed the essential “must-have” elements and explored ideas that really resonated with Karen before creating our initial designs. We incorporated the healing hands of Karen’s Reiki practice and her favourite flower, the Hibiscus which incorporated even deeper meaning for her. We were able to find the perfect balance of Karen’s unique personality while also resonating with her target audience.
We worked together to discover a deeper understanding of her brand story to incorporate into her brand identity, as well as providing insights to help develop her offers, guide marketing and practical steps to improve her business.
