Kerry Richards, a Holistic Therapist based in Lancashire in the North West of England had been struggling for FIVE years to get her website live! She had previously hired three different professionals for the task, but none had yet to deliver a completed site. Kerry was aware of the difference it would make to her and her business to have a website that was up to the job. To showcase her wide range of therapies and provide an improved customer experience, as well as helping her find more work/life balance.

Kerry explained, “Lucy has taken the overwhelm out of the whole process. For HALF A DECADE I have been wanting a website, but until now, it hasn’t happened. She was very patient with me and by using a shared online tool we were able to work asynchronously so that both she and I could work at times that suited our schedules/working patterns.”

Our solution was a fully branded website to fully showcase her therapies, along with brand photo shoot of Kerry working with her clients, so website visitors can virtually step into her therapy room.

Kerry was overwhelmed and stressed by the manual processes of her current booking system which meant having to manually deal with each and every aspect of client communication through the booking process – an extremely time consuming task.

Although Kerry wasn’t looking for a new booking system, it was evident that there was a better solution, Kerry told us, “Lucy went over and above and researched a booking system which would integrate with the website. This new system wasn’t something that I was expecting to change to, but it has actually made communication with and bookings for my clients easier/simpler. Also, it’s made vouchers easier for the recipients to use for bookings. And there is a function to encourage clients to book back in, which is something I didn’t have on my previous booking system.”

Kerry has an extensive range of treatments to showcase, so we created an easy to navigate system for visitors to easily find the treatments they are looking for and then book directly on page.

With the brand photoshoot Kerry has beautiful images highlighting her treatments and personality on her website. She also has a wide range of beautiful images to use on social media and marketing materials.

Thrilled with the outcome of her new website, the new booking system has made communication and bookings easier for Kerry’s clients, as well as simplifying the use of vouchers. The new system even included a function to encourage repeat bookings, something she had not previously had. Kerry told us, “Lucy really does create a seamless package for you: she makes what you hope for come true, and adds some extra magic in!”

Since the website has launched it has already proved to be a powerful tool and enabled her to reach a wider audience. Plus, the streamlined booking system has already helped her gain more new and repeat bookings (thanks to the booking reminder system).

The biggest reasons I’d recommend someone to work with Lucy is that she GETS THINGS DONE and she MAKES THE WHOLE PROCESS EASY! I know that what she’s done was not an easy task: her patience with me knew no bounds! She gently nudged me to get the copy completed for her, and the website is live.
